The Pravo.ru portal published the results of an annual study of the bankruptcy market, within the framework of which analysts examined 7,172 final decisions of Russian arbitration courts that were made between January 1 and December 31, 2022 in bankruptcy cases.

Based on the results of the study, the company entered:

- Group I of boutique practices at the federal level with the following indicators:

• amount for all cases: 62.9 billion rubles,
• 20 decisions made,
• the average amount of one decision is 3.15 billion rubles.

- Top 10 of companies by average amount of one decision among companies with a number of cases up to 30,

- The 12th place in terms of participation in separate disputes with a total amount of 60.7 billion rubles.

When calculating the tables and distributing companies into groups, a combination of different parameters was taken into account: 

• Total amount for all cases;
• Number of final decisions in courts for 2022;
• Average amount per case;
• The result obtained in the courts.
