Recent experience:

Successful representation of the interests of a company engaged in the development, manufacture and promotion of a well-known brand of televisions in a case involving the recovery of an insurance payout in connection with the counterparty’s breach of contract. The case was considered by the courts of three instances, ultimately making its way to the RF Supreme Court. At all stages of consideration of the case, the courts entered decisions in our client’s favor.
